Our team members are trained architects and designers so we are uniquely qualified to help with project related issues. We understand both the software and what you need to do with it. 

As a Service Point customer, our technical support team offers:

  • Telephone assistance M-F 8am – 6pm (EST). Please call 800-448-6002 x7715
  • Web-based assistance – if a simple conversation doesn’t do the trick, we’ll go online with you and take a look at your current project to get you up and going again as quickly as possible.

Additional assistance that we can provide at our regular hourly rate:

  • Technical support for non-standard or customized implementations of AutoCAD and Revit
  • “How to” questions that require in-depth steps and are more related to training curriculum. We offer many different training opportunities from 30 minute web sessions to full days of on-site learning
